Job Description :

 We are Looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates; actively recruit national candidates.
• Build a relationship with Hiring Managers.
• Leverage social media, associations and other advertising to identify and recruit top talent into the organization.
• Remain a focus on - best hire practices- and make modifications to recruitment team as required. 
• Builds and maintains quality relationships with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies. 
• Reviews current trends and internal practices and makes recommendations on strengthening employer brand. 

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Management Skills.
