Job Description :

Urgently required Production Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Scheduling all production to meet customer requirements.
•   Coordinates all cutting, fabrication, fitting, assembly, finishing, and QC efforts to ensure timely project completion.
•  Prepares an effective and relevant position description or duty and task list for every production employee and submits to the   Director of Operations for approval.
•  Working with employee teams on production procedures and documentation.
•  Manage up to production operators and supervisors. Developing employees and helping them grow in their careers.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum Experience 15 years.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Communication skill.
• Good interpersonal skill.
•  Team leadership knowledge.
