Urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

• Plans and organizes staff and their activities to achieve the hospital's mission and initiatives.
• Develops procedures and supplements that allow human resources staff to function efficiently and that are easy for hospital staff to   access and implement.
• Reviews Human Resources Management throughout the hospital to assure compliance with established federal, state and corporate   policies and procedures.
• Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
• Co-ordinate with experts/supervisors required for various events.

Job Requirements:

• MBA Holder.
• With 5 years experience in the field.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
