Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE.

Job Details:

• Maintain a schedule of submissions & responses, for approvals, inspections, variations.Maintain all MEP QS documents & logs /   registers applicable.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
• Measure and value the work done on site.
•  Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
