Job Description :

We are looking for an Operations manager in Bahrain.

Job Details:

• Arranging properly the Employee timings and locations. 
•  Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
•  Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints.
•  Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations and offer advice about menu.
•  Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years experience is required.
•  BS degree in Business Administration required.
•  Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
•  Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
