Wanted Construction Superintendent in Oman.

Job Details:

•  Develop, document, and communicate all work progress.
•  Verify that the subcontractors obtain all necessary permits.
• Lead jobsite meetings on a regular basis.
•  Supervision of all phases of construction and all personnel as assigned.
•  Manage and maintain safety according to OSHA on every site.
• Control expenses to eliminate cost overruns and change orders.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience.
• BS.c in engineering graduate.
•  Have a strong understanding of construction.
• Communication skill.
