Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Manage relationships with distributors and resolve issues with vendors promptly.
•  Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
•  Keep up with industry trends and create new recipes in collaboration with the Sous Chef.
•  Scheduling all shifts for cooks and dishwashers in accordance with business load.
•  Maintaining records of kitchen and dishwashing staff, i.e., new hire packets, attendance, sick days, food    handler’s certification.
•  Ensuring that high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at   all times.

Job Requirements:

•   Associate Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong communication and leaderships skills.
•  Excellent time management abilities.
