Female Outdoor Marketing Executive

Job Description :

We are hiring Female outdoor Marketing Executive to distribute cosmetics products to the clients. 

Job Details:

• - Maintaining EMS and its databases in conjunction with L&IT and University Communications to determine scheduling standards for and to maintain/monitor the online Master Calendar
• - Responsible for the data entry of all calendar and event scheduling in the EMS 
• - Works collaboratively with University staff on the maintenance and upgrades to the EMS software and works proactively to find solutions for improving the system, including university spaces and features of spaces.
• - Creates accounts, oversees and trains all EMS users/schedulers on campus

Job Requirements:

•  Strong understanding of the beauty care and cosmetics market in Qatar 
• • Computer literate
• • Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, Arabic). 
•  Minimum 3 years’ experience within the cosmetics industry 
•  Solid experience of working with distributors in Qatar
