Operations Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an Operations Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Reviews the plan provided by the Vessel Planner versus the actual work available on the yard.
• In accordance with the work that is available, set the first turns plan and provides all directives to the Operations Supervisor.
• Reports issues directly affecting the daily plan to the General Manager and Vessel Planner.  Provides viable solutions to counter any   negative impacts.
• Compiles and compares daily manpower report to adjust daily staffing.
•   Assist the Operations Supervisor with any technical or logistical issues when needed.
• Reviews floor roster periodically with Operations Supervisor to assure daily goal projections are being met.

Job Requirements:

• Required 9 years expirience in same field.
• High School Diploma holder.
• Good communication skills.
•  Solid computer skills.
