Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

•  To prepare and present for the approval of the Management an Annual Budget.
• Analyse actual results against the budget & report variance analysis explaining the variances.
• To provide the Product Costing for all the projects completed by the Company, provide Contribution analysis for all the projects.
• Prepare Cash flow forecasts for the short term & long term financial plans.
• Maintain a working relationship and to develop additional relationships with banks, financial institutions with the aim of securing   the funds necessary for working Capital requirements & other long term plans of the Company.
• Compile & participate in preparation of business plans, feasibility studies, investment memoranda and all other financial and   business documents as may be required from time to time by Management.

Job Requirements:

• CA Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required. 
•  Good time management Ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
