Urgently Looking For Arabic Collections Specialist

Job Description :

Wanted experienced Arabic Collections Specialist (Call Center) in Qatar.

Job Details:

• -Support credit and collection lead in ad-hoc tasks for the function
• -Adhering to the company & function policies as directed by collection lead
• -Assign credit limit to a new customer is based on the credit portfolio Segment
• -Attend collections meetings with customers.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum 5 years of experience working in any post-paid inbound/outbound call center.
•  Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Finance/ Accounting) 
•  Excellent Analysis skills and advanced excel and reporting skill.
•  Fluent in both English and Arabic
