A leading Company Looking for an experienced Principal in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Plan the years academic work and school development in advance in consultation with his/her colleagues and hold staff meeting at   least once a month, review the work done during the month and assess the progress of the pupils.
• Supervise class room teaching and secure co-operation and coordination amongst teachers of the same subject areas as well as inter   subject coordination.
• Ensuring the character development of students in line with Islamic Principles and ensuring that holistic all round development of   students is taken care of. To formulate and implement the necessary strategies to achieve this end.
• Counsels and provides guidance to students regarding personal, academic, and behavioral issues.
• Assists with successful completion of standardized testing and other student assessments.
• Ensures a safe, clean, attractive school and classroom environment conducive to learning.

Job Requirements:

• B.Ed/Post Graduate Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Organizational Skills.
