Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Trainer in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Assist in the development of training programs and resources to support business objectives at organisational,    business unit, team and individual level.
  •  Establish and maintain an effective relationship with external and internal stakeholders.
  •  Support the manager and Head- Learning & Development to develop and review organisational and role-   specific capabilities framework.
  •  Perform periodic customer-service checks to assess the effectiveness of the customer-service training.
  •  Communicate regularly with the Managerial staff at stores, to identify training needs.
  •  Assist in analysing skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities at a business unit, team and   individual level.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree.
  •  Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Two years experience in same field.
  •  Must have proficiency in MS office, especially in Excel, word and ppt.
