Job Description :

A reputed company in Qatar is looking for a married lady for the Customer Service Representative job in Qatar.

Job Details:

Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Escalates calls to a supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
Tracks call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Job Requirements:

With Good Arabic (native speaker) & English and Computer literate.
Knowledge in handling customers, data entry, computer skills.
Experience minimum 2 years in the same role
IT skill.
Excellent customer service attitude-skills.
