Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Account Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Interact with clients, problem resolution, and provide information.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and staff
• Answer inbound calls, and email inquiries from customers.
• Manage fulfillment everyday e-commerce orders as well as store purchases.
•  Receive and process POs from corporate customers.
• Customer follow-up on delivery and payment of orders.

Job Requirements:

•   Bachelor of Commerce.
• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
