Required Plant Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage departmental and facility operating budgets, expenses and systems to meet or exceed the AOP targets.
•  Oversee the hourly EE status of hiring, terminations, training, transfers, incentives, and HR policy.
•  Ensure continual compliance with industry regulatory requirements for OCTG services provided.
•  Supervise machine shop operations.
•  Coordinate jobs with the office and assure smooth paperwork flow.
•  Write and prove out new programs.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Management and Organization knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skill. 
• Degree holder.
•  Computer knowledgeable.
