A leading company Looking for an experienced HR Director in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintains employee records and payroll reports.
• Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Develops and enforces policies and procedures with Executive Management.
•  Investigates employee issues and recommends solutions.
• Responsible for benefits, safety and workers compensation.
• Administers corrective action processes, terminations and prepares termination documents/ final check information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one Year Experience is required.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good communication Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
