Wanted Store Operation Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Store Operation Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

•  Develops and ensures effective implementation of Sales & Service Plan for the Store to meet overall business   objectives of City Life. 
•  Directs and supervises sales team engaged in direct sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in   performing services for customers.
•  Coordinates effectively and timely with all concerned departments to ensure proper flow of communication   and information within assigned Store.
•  Ensuring seamless operations within the store to support achievement of all store goals. 
•  Performs routine field intelligence (i.e., competition, new store opportunities, re-routing, pricing, etc.
•  Responsible for oversight of all cash management policies, procedures and practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bahelors Degree.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Effective problem - solving and mediation skills.
•  Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
