Job Description :

We are looking for an HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develops appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization.
•  Champions and advances a culture that embraces change, adaptability and continuous improvement.
•  Demonstrates systems-based thinking to provide consistency and fairness.
•  Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates Medically Home’s human resource function and performance.
•  Translates the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operation plans.
•  Establishes credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years work experience required.
• Good communication skills.
•  Holding masters degree.
•  Excellent interpersonal skills.
