Construction Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for a Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensures that all company and OSHA safety regulations are met and enforced; bottom line responsibility for safety on site.
•  Helps in the selection of appropriate crews, type of people, equipment and production rates.
•  Works with the Superintendent in pre-job planning, mobilization, job start up, quality planning and safety training/planning.
•  Monitors progress of work during production and troubleshoots any problems as they arise.
•  Works with bid team to prepare accurate estimates of labor and equipment for a potential or pending job.
•  Coordinate resource needs with the Resource Manager. 

Job Requirements:

•  18 years experience is required.
• Good communication skills.
•  BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred).
