Senior Procurement Officer In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Calculates bid tabulations and make recommendations for the selection of the lowest bidder, as required.
•  Evaluates vendor proposals for the responsiveness of bids/RFP/RFQs solicitation documents.
•  Reviews and approves contract modifications and prepares addendums in order to notify prospective bidders of changes.
•  Prepares tabulations for bids/RFP/RFQ evaluation reports for vendor selection.
•  Reviews contract modifications and amendments to verify allowable contract changes.
•  Maintains copies of contract documentation and forwards for imaging and record keeping purposes.

Job Requirements:

•  7 years experience in Qatar.
•  Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
•  MBA degree preferred in finance
• Good communication skills.
