Job Description :

We are looking for an Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Through coaching and modeling, the operations manager will set, lead and coach Best in Class expectations for Customer Service.
•  Develop and execute individual development plans for each of their direct reports. Teach, train, coach and mentor their team members.
•  Responsible for oversight of all cash management policies, procedures and practices.
•  Responsible for the implementation, audit and administration of the Fleet Rewards Visa and Store Cards.
•  Ensure the store is in compliance with all company procedures and policies to ensure customers are receiving a superior experience.
•  Responsible for monitoring store wage and expense control programs.

Job Requirements:

•  30 years experience is required.
• Only male can apply.
• Good communication skills.
• Degree holder.
