Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR and Administration Coordinator in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Help ensure employment practices are compliant with federal and state laws.
  •  Coordinate scheduling of meetings, training sessions and seminars as directed.
  •  Assist in performance management procedures.
  •  Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback and volunteering events.
  •  May handle petty cash and some monthly billing and/or time sheet reporting.
  •  May be asked to manage departmental/program data base and be able to create reports from that data base.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience. 
  • Be a smart and presentable.
  •  Bachelor’s degree. 
  •  Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel.
  • Communication skill.
