Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
•  Preparation of Budgets, Preliminary Cost Estimates and Cost plans at various stages of Projects.
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
• Coordinating with a team of Executive Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors.
• Select and/or source construction materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Three years experience in same field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
