Urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Makes on-site visits to hospital units/departments for exposure to employees, informal discussions and promotion of Human Resources assistance and availability of all staff.
• Reviews and evaluates employee safety issues and ensures information relating to Workers' Compensation claims are appropriately maintained.
• Provides on-going support and ensures staff adheres to organization's Code of Conduct training.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies.

Job Requirements:

• MBA Holder.
• With 19 years experience in the field.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
