Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for managing human resource activities on a site level. 
•  Managing the hiring and termination process of all employees.
•  Analyze labor trends, data, and statistics and provide guidance to facility management based on this   information.
•  Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Train operation managers on   new policies or procedures.
•  Coordinates the communication of all employee benefits ensuring each employee fully understands all    benefits and pay.
•  Coordination with temporary agencies, effectively reducing costs of using temporaries.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ten years experience in same field.
•  Strong interpersonal skills.
