Job Description :

We are looking for a HR Executive UAE.

Job Details:

•  Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
•  Conduct employee onboarding and help organize Induction & orientation programme.
•  Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
•  Responsible for making yearly employee engagement plans and  implementing the same.
•  Preparing various HRMIS, required from time to time.
•  To be the process owner for Recruitment tracker and budget tracker. 

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge with SAIF Zone / Sharjah Labor Law.
• Should have Manufacturing Field experience.
• Male candidates are need to be apply.
• Bachelor's Degree holder.
