Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Preparation and valuation of progress and final payments in connection with contracts.
• Preparation of specifications when required so to do.
• Responsible for billing procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate Holder.
• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Only Male can apply.
