Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for managing human resource activities on a site level. 
•  Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department, including supervision of staff.  
•  Administers existing benefit plans for all employees and assists in the development of modified or new plans. 
•  Analyze labor trends, data, and statistics and provide guidance to facility management based on this   information.
•  Participate in the Safety Committee and play an active role in the roll out of safety policies and training   programs.
•  Support the company in the areas of Facility Safety initiatives and OSHA compliance and Workers Comp   Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Ten years experience in same field.
•  Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• With transferable NOC and valid Qatar DL.
•  Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills.
