Job Description :

We are currently looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and/or meetings.
•  Support with managing organisation design and redundancy consultations.
•  Responsible for delivering workshops and mandatory training, managing participation and resolving performance issues.
•  To assist in the delivery of development workshops in areas of HR best practices and organisation policies.
• Provide advice and supporting document to HRPOPs and staff on escalated HR policy related queries.
•  Support the management of the flexible working requests and provide necessary documentation.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Indian Male candidate need to apply.
• Minimum 6 years experience in the field.
• Good IT Skills.
