Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project   measure and value the work done on site.
• Assesses and values progress payments and change requests.
• Reviews and compares scopes of work , production rates , and cost data.
• Preparation of earned value reports.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder
• With 5 years experience in the field.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Only Male can apply.
