Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensures regulatory compliance and construction design and effectiveness for construction   activities and system optimization.
• Coordinates and leverages resources on projects and ensures appropriate company personnel   are apprised of or participate in projects.
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial    recommendations to management for decision making.
• Prepare other ad hoc executive-level analysis, research, modeling and reports for   presentation to senior decision-makers within the company.
• Manage the project using established project controls and procedures.
• Perform constructability and coordination reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Having more than 11 years experience in the field.
• Good Computer Skills.
• With valid driving license and transferable visa must.
• Worked with various companies including MNC's and have experienced in residential,fit-out,   commercial and industrial project.
