Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Guiding Commercial Managers on project level financials to create accurate forecasts.
• Drive exceptional financial results within the Construction Business Unit.
• Provide business/financial analysis and decision support that allows management to   evaluate alternatives, make fact-based decisions, and evaluate the consequences of   decisions.
• Handling multiple sites and team of Accountants.
• Manage site accounting on day to day basis.
• Oversee and manage Project Finance, Assets & Liabilities, Finalization of Accounts, Cash   Flow, Budgeting, Costing, Balance Sheet.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
