Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Guiding Commercial Managers on project level financials to create accurate forecasts.
• Drive exceptional financial results within the Construction Business Unit.
• Provide business/financial analysis and decision support that allows management to      evaluate alternatives, make fact-based decisions, and evaluate the consequences of   decisions.
• Handling multiple sites and team of Accountants.
• To manage site accounting on day to day basis.
• To oversee and manage Project Finance, Assets & Liabilities, Finalization of Accounts,   Cash Flow, Budgeting, Costing, Balance Sheet.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
