Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect   and/or the client.
  • Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
  • Advise on a procurement strategy.
  • Dealing wih all the project cost.
  • Monitor and control all phases of project work.
  • Reconsiliation to be taken care on monthly basis on each projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
  • With 15 years experience in the field.
  • Management Skills.
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
