Job Description :

We are looking for an HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Managing the hiring and termination process of all employees.
•  Process and reconcile weekly payroll for all companies.
•  Continually improve the effectiveness of HR programs by developing strategies to improve employee   satisfaction.
•  Ensuring joining formalities & conducting employee pre-& post verification process.
•  Preparing Training Calendars, organizing trainings (tech & non-tech) as per TNIs.
•  Formulating and updating company HR policies.

Job Requirements:

• 11 years experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Final settlement etc.
• Only male can apply.
• Strong Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition.
• Good communication skills.
