Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for organizing quotes from publishers and suppliers. 
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with publishers and distributors. 
• Responsible for negotiations with publishers and distributors. 
• Manage third party vendor spend, including company-wide reduction targets through   vendor management.
• Outline and maintain enterprise-wide sourcing strategies and identify strategic   provides/partners. 
• Establishes souring & procurement policies and guidelines that effectively balance business   value, vendor governance and control and cost savings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
• BE Graduate Holder.
