Procurement Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Procurement Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develops and executes negotiation plans & strategies.
• Act as an advisor regarding legal requirements, best practices, interpreting terms and   conditions, delivery schedules, and appropriate prime contract flow down clauses.
• Prepare for and assist Programs in negotiations with the USG for changes, Request   Equitable Adjustments (REA), and Task Orders.
• Responsible for Capital, Revenue, Capex / Opex / Revex engineering item & Service   Contract.
• To prepare balance Score Card.
• Forecasting required materials using both constant & trend models with special   consideration to current consumption & future trends; developing key procurement   schedules for commodities as per all contractual needs.

Job Requirements:

• With 19 years experience in the field.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
