•  Creating and revising job descriptions.
•  Conducting annual salary surveys.
•  Developing, analyzing, and updating the companys salary budget.
•  Developing, analyzing and updating the companys evaluation program.
•  Performing benefits administration.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skill.

• Should have more than 10 years of experience in same field.
