Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;    establishing objectives in line with organization.
• Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities,   including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development,   records management, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor   relations.
• Manages human resources operations by recruiting, managing a team, maintaining   compensation, accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions;   analyzing information and applications.
• Integrate and manage the program timeline by identifying all project internal & external   interdependencies.
• Manage the project budget driving overall fiduciary responsibility to plan including forecast,   accruals and ongoing reporting. 

Job Requirements:

• Having 14 years experience in the field.
