Job Description :

Looking for experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Inspects construction projects and provides project evaluation.
• Manages the performance of contractors and consultants assigned to projects as well as   internal personnel.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and construction design and effectiveness for construction   activities and system optimization.
• Coordinates and leverages resources on projects and ensures appropriate company personnel   are apprised of or participate in projects.
• Issue quotation requests, bid analysis and purchase orders.
• Maintain schedule to ensure a timely completion of project to the contracted time line.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder need to apply.
• With more than 20 years experience in the field.
• Good knowledge of planning, procurement & authority leasing.
• Excellent project management skills.
