Job Details:

• Support with managing organisation design and redundancy consultations.
• Responsible for delivering workshops and mandatory training, managing participation and   resolving performance issues.
• To assist in the delivery of development workshops in areas of HR best practices and   organisation policies
• Support the management of the flexible working requests and provide necessary   documentation.
• Lead an HR team that is closely aligned to the business and consistently delivers high value   HR services and results.
• Design and drive strategic organizational training and talent strategies and initiatives that   position the company to successfully achieve business objectives.
