Job Description :

We are urgently looking for an Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Prepare, enter, review and manage the posting of general ledger entries, including accounts   payable and accounts receivable functions, for the real estate investments.
•  Maintain general ledger accounts and corresponding reconciliations.
•  Generate and review monthly financial statements, including cash flow analysis and   projections.
•  Prepare and submit all construction and development related pay applications in   coordination with the construction/development managers.
•  Review externally prepared monthly property management financial reports and then   submit them to the property investors.
•  Interface with outside audit and tax firms for annual corporate audit and preparation of   certain tax returns.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skill.
• Proficient in Accounting Softwares.
•  Efficient in producing and analyzing financial reports.
• B.com holders are required.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
