Job Description :

We are looking for an HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Managing the hiring and termination process of all employees.
•  Process and reconcile weekly payroll for all companies.
•  Investigate employee concerns in an objective manner and provide recommendations for resolution/solution.
•  Analyze labor trends, data, and statistics and provide guidance to facility management based on this information.
•  Responsible for managing Pan India Payroll Operations.
•  Handle coordination, compliance to statutory guidelines and auditing of payroll data once received from the vendor .

Job Requirements:

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•  12 years experience in same field.
• MBA Holder.
• Strong leadership skills.
