• Analyze and report on relevant business metrics to understand the health, challenges and    eCommerce growth opportunities.
• Internal liaison responsible for communicating all channel programs, promotion and lead   generation activities.
• Manage the creative process of marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
• Translate brand team's marketing objectives into clear, executable creative strategies.
• Supervise the departments daily work flow, assign project workloads and monitor deadlines and budgets.
• Manage creative teams by overseeing digital content calendars, social media plans and   campaigns as well as influencer strategies.
