Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of Detailed Estimates, Schedule of Quantities, Tender Documents, Rate Analysis & Measurement sheets.
•  Estimation work including tender pricing, bidding, preliminary budgeting based on PAR etc.
• Value Engineering & Cost Optimization in Estimation.
•  Capable of reading and correlating drawings & specifications, identifying the item of works and preparing bill of items.
•  Be fully aware of prevailing market rates for materials & labor.
•  Should be conversant with applicable IS codes, schedule of rates, study & interpret tenders/ contracts on the basis of CPWD schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience.
• Male Candidates can Apply.
•  Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
•  Knowledge in MS Office.
• Communication Skill.
