Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• The job involves studying of drawings and calculating quantities. 
• Monitor all Project correspondence for commercial issues and   initiate commercial correspondence.
• Ensure site documentation is properly archived at Head Office at   the end of the project.
• The person will also be responsible for checking vendor bills   received from site and preparing client bills. 
• Ensure timely notices of default are issued to subcontractors and   suppliers in accordance with terms of their Order or Sub-   contract.
• Identify areas of commercial risk on the Project as early as   possible and review with the Project Manager ways of avoiding   that risk.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder.
• Six years experience in same field.
• Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Office and relevant software.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
