Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Preparation of Detailed Estimates, Schedule of Quantities,   Tender Documents, Rate Analysis & Measurement sheets.
• Study the drawings and estimate the quantity and prepare BOQ   with Rate analysis & Qty detail.
• Well conversant with detailed specification of items as per   drawings. 
• Capable of reading and correlating drawings & specifications,   identifying the item of works and preparing bill of items.
• Preparation, Review & submition of Tender Documents.   Experience in tendering must.
• Be fully aware of prevailing market rates for materials & labor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge in MS Office Package and Auto Cad.
• Six years experience in same field.
