Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Daily check outgoing shipment schedule and prepare as   necessary.
• Ship customer parts per sales orders; verifying correct part,   quantity, and location for shipment.
• Prepares proper paperwork for billing and authorization of a   variety of invoices per defined processes.
• Verifies vendor packing list against purchase order for accuracy.
• Enters accurate receiving documents and forwards them to   accounts payable.
• Rotates and restocks all supplies to inventory.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong writing, mathematical, negotiation & communication   skills.
• Three years experience in same field.
