Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Preparation of Detailed Estimates, Schedule of Quantities,  Tender Documents, Rate Analysis & Measurement sheets.
• The job involves studying of drawings and calculating quantities. 
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities   and other documentation.
• Produces cost estimates at concept , scheme and detailed design   stage.
• Manage the tender process , review and analyse tender returns   and prepare a recommendation to the client.
• Assesses and values progress payments and change requests.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Five years experience in same field.
• Expert in Primavera p6,AutoCAD & MS office.
